To ensure compliance with the policies that the Company has in place, all employees are onboarded through a comprehensive process which includes a review of all policies and safety programs.
Whistleblower Policy
The Audit Committee of the Board of Directors maintains and monitors a formal "Whistleblower Policy" governing the receipt, retention and treatment of complaints regarding the accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters of the Company and to protect the confidential, anonymous reporting of employees’ concerns regarding questionable accounting or auditing matters or breaches of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Employees may elect to report an accounting complaint or ethics complaint on an anonymous basis. If so requested by an employee making an accounting complaint or ethics complaint, the Company will protect the confidentiality and anonymity of the employee to the fullest extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct an adequate review.
Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
Wallbridge has established a formal Code of Business Conduct and Ethics to promote high standards of integrity by conducting its affairs honestly and ethically. The purpose of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is to guide directors, officers and employees on how to carry out their duties in an honest and ethical manner .
Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy
The Company and its Board of Directors are committed to honest and ethical conduct in all business dealings and compliance with all relevant laws, rules and regulations governing its operations. The Board of Directors has adopted a Code of Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption policy to supplement and compliment the provisions in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and Whistleblower policies and to more explicitly set out the responsibilities of the Company and those working for it as they relate to bribery and corruption in the jurisdictions in which the Company operates.
